The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has released the Phase-II (Mains) Admit Card for the Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager) recruitment. Candidates who successfully cleared the Phase-I exam can now download their call letters from the official portal.

Detailed Exam Pattern (Phase-II)
The Phase-II exam is an online competitive test consisting of two papers. For most streams, the weightage is divided as follows:
- Paper 1 (All Streams): English Descriptive Test (to test drafting skills).
- Max Marks: 100 | Duration: 60 Minutes | Weightage: $1/3$
- Paper 2 (Stream Specific): MCQs on specialized subjects (General, Legal, IT, Research, etc.).
- Max Marks: 100 | Duration: 40 Minutes | Weightage: $2/3$
Note: The aggregate cut-off to qualify Phase-II is 40%, with specific paper-wise cut-offs (30% for Paper 1 and 40% for Paper 2).
How to Download SEBI Grade A Phase-II Admit Card
- Visit the official SEBI website: sebi.gov.in.
- Navigate to the “Careers” section at the bottom of the homepage.
- Click on the link: “SEBI Recruitment Exercise for Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) 2026 – Download Phase-II Call Letter”.
- Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
- Solve the Captcha and click Login.
- Your admit card will appear; download and print it on A4 size paper.
Documents to Carry to the Exam Center
- Printed Admit Card: A hard copy of the Phase-II call letter.
- Original Photo ID: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, or Driving License.
- Photocopy of ID: A clear photocopy of the same ID proof.
- Photographs: Carry two recent passport-sized photographs (same as uploaded in the form).
